1. Promotion Overview
The White Label Hire January Event-Based Promotion (“Promotion”) is a limited-time online event conducted by White Label Hire Pty Ltd (“WLH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The Promotion will run from 1 January 2025 to 31 January 2025 (“Promotion Period”) and includes time-limited product discounts and three WLH Coin giveaways.
2.Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of WLH are not eligible to participate.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Discount Flash Sales
- During the Promotion Period, WLH will release limited-time discounts ranging from 25% to 75% off selected hire categories.
- Discounted products and sale times will vary throughout the month and are subject to availability.
- Each sale will run for a limited window (typically 2–4 hours). Once the sale period ends, standard pricing will apply.
- Discounts apply to new bookings only made during the sale window and cannot be retroactively applied to existing or past orders.
- Discounts apply to hire items only and exclude all transport, delivery, installation, and logistics costs.
- Standard WLH hire terms and delivery policies apply to all bookings.
4. WLH Coins – Prize Giveaways
- Three (3) digital WLH Coins will “spawn” at random times during January 2025 on the official WLH website (https://whitelabelhire.com.au/):
- Bronze Coin valued at $5,000 hire credit
- Silver Coin valued at $10,000 hire credit
- Gold Coin valued at $25,000 hire credit
- Each coin may be claimed only once, on a first-come, first-served basis, by completing the online claim form displayed when the coin is clicked.
- Once a coin has been successfully claimed, it will be marked as “Claimed” and removed from the website.
- WLH reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming a prize.
- Hire credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may only be applied toward WLH hire products or services.
- Hire credit for coin prizes apply to hire items only and exclude all transport, delivery, installation, and logistics costs.
5. Instagram Clues and Participation
- Hints and clues regarding sale times or WLH Coin drops will be shared via Instagram stories and posts on the official WLH account (@whitelabelhire).
- Participants must follow or subscribe to the WLH Instagram page to access these clues.
- WLH is not responsible for missed announcements, notifications, or clues due to account restrictions, technical issues, or social media algorithm performance.
6. General Conditions
- WLH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
- All decisions by WLH are final and binding.
- WLH accepts no responsibility for any technical errors, website downtime, or other issues preventing participation.
- WLH reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates, tampers with, or attempts to disrupt the Promotion process.
7. Use of Data
- By participating, users consent to WLH collecting and using their contact details for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for future marketing communications.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with WLH’s Privacy Policy, available at https://whitelabelhire.com.au/privacy-policy/.
8. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, WLH is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this Promotion or use of any prize.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a consumer may have under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
